We ended up taking a second trip to Niagara Falls when Andy came to visit from the Twin Cities. This time we took a train instead of the tour bus we’d used with Rachel. The jury is still out on which was the better way to visit. The tour bus stopped at a few places we weren’t especially interested in, but the train was surprisingly slow and only had limited departure and return times to choose from. We thought we’d be happier taking the train (especially considering our tour bus driver’s sense of humor), but in the end, the tour bus turned out to be the better experience. Either way, we had an amazing and thoroughly wet time.

We also visited the Distillery District, where an outdoor film festival happened to be going on. Viewers were given headsets to watch the movie and sat on giant blow-up couches.

Kids in the Hall
I don’t know how many of you following us know about the comedy team Kids in the Hall, but they were pretty awesome. They got their start at the Rivoli comedy club right here in Toronto.
